CHALLENGE
Kaheel is a new real estate project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The luxury real estate market in Riyadh is booming, meaning it takes more than just beautiful architecture to stand out. They needed a cohesive visual identity that communicated a refined lifestyle, exclusivity and premium living to attract high-end tenants.
SOLUTION
We designed the brand identity, a custom logotype and typeface and different touchpoints like billboards, stationary, brochures and different designs for the amenities.
